Biller Genie Partners with USAePay to Automate the Accounts Receivable Process

Biller Genie is an award-winning, cloud-based solution that automates accounts receivable from bill presentment to reconciliation. Recently, Biller Genie has announced a strategic new partnership with payment gateway company, USAePay. Biller Genie will offer USAePay customers a seamless integration to their accounting software resulting in an easier way to collect, process, and automatically reconcile credit card payments online.

At a click of a button, USAePay merchants will be able to use Biller Genie to connect to their accounting software, which allows them to easily send invoices, collect payments and automatically reconcile to their accounting software. Biller Genie is offering USAePay merchants access to its premium plan with advanced A/R automation features like automatically following up on invoices with reminders, accepting payments via credit card and ACH, a branded customer portal, and more, for a discounted price for the first 30 days.

It synchronizes with popular accounting software, like QuickBooks, Xero, and AccountingSuite, to improve and simplify the way they process their accounts receivable. The Genie does the heavy lifting and automatically sends out invoices, payment reminders, follow up messages, late fees, and reconciles back into the accounting software.
