QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise products are also not impacted by this change and customers can continue to purchase the significantly more expensive Enterprise subscriptions after July 31st, 2024. 

Impact on Credit Card Processing in QuickBooks Desktop 

Along with this service discontinuation, QuickBooks Desktop users will no longer be able to process credit card and check transactions within the software. This change will also terminate the download of transaction details for reconciliation and the automatic download of recurring payment data, though the processing of these payments will continue independently. Additionally, the eInvoice feature will be disabled, necessitating users to seek alternative methods for processing payments and managing invoices.
