How does the Basic Plugin work?
Simply connect your merchant service account to your account software. Biller Genie will send your invoices on branded email letterhead and give your customers the ability to make payments via credit card online. Successful payments are automatically reconciled, and invoices are closed in your accounting software. It’s that easy!
What payment types can we accept?
Customers will have the option to pay by credit, debit and Apple Pay.
What is the difference between the Basic Plugin and Premium Plan?
- The Premium Plan includes more features, giving you increased functionality to shorten the invoice-to-cash cycle. These features allow you to fully automate your A/R and including a fully branded customer portal, automated messaging at your preferred frequency, ACH payments, paper mail, processing fees, and more.
- The Basic Plugin connects your accounting software with your payment processor. The Genie will automatically send the invoice to your customer with a link for online credit card payments. Once a payment is made, we automatically reconcile in the accounting software.
What happens if I want to upgrade to a Premium Plan before the promotion is over?
No sweat! Continue enjoying all the plugin features for the price of the plugin until the promotional period is over.
